Hi! I’m Carolyn. 

I set up Cake Prints in 2021 whilst on maternity leave, supplying personalised edible images to my local area in Christchurch. Returning to work proved to be somewhat difficult  and left me with a decision to make. I decided to go down the only path I know - Cakes!

 If I was not making cakes, I’d be wanting to! 

 I dream them, I eat them, I breath them.. I am a firm believer in honest, tasty and home made.  

I am a qualified baker with 20+ years experience and most of my  experience has been with cakes and desserts. 

I am a busy mother of two girls aged 9 and 4 and wife to my husband, Andrew. They take up most of my time! I drive a lot of miles, go on a lot of walks and when I’m not doing that, I’m making cakes and answering messages from my awesome customers! 

My time is the most valuable ingredient of your cake… Simply put, it is not just butter, sugar and flour. It is so much more than that.

I run my business solely on my own, with Andrew also running a small family business. So it is busy!
